Why did I put this program together for you?

Let me share my story. I am a licensed clinical social worker, and for 23 years had a very successful private practice. I still have my license, but I no longer have my private practice! I call myself a “recovered” therapist because, after all those years in the same office, it is now closed. My name came off the door when I gave my keys to the new owner. Whew!

I took coaching classes and got my PCC certification (through the ICF: International Coach Federation). I just KNEW I was finally going to build a business that earned me the income I deserved (unlike managed care) and that would give me the schedule I wanted (not 8-10 clients back to back, day after day).

Website, blog, e-zine, social media…I did all the things I was supposed to do. I was determined never to return to the routine of back-to-back clients. Even though sitting in my home office with my headset was better than being in my office dressed up with make-up, I just did NOT want back-to-back clients again. So I never worked hard at getting clients. That’s because I didn’t want a repeat of what I had before. I knew I wanted to work with groups. I wanted to create products and programs. I wanted to put more money into my bank account.

I was struggling. I bought almost every home study course out there (you should see my bookcases!) I spent thousands of dollars and honestly did try following everything that was recommended. I learned a lot!

Still, I wasn’t earning the income I wanted--not even close. I was VERY frustrated. Then I stepped it up another notch and started taking live tele-classes and Platinum Programs with various Gurus.

Confidentiality:

Confidentiality is crucial and expected in this program.

As your coach, I will maintain a highly confidential environment. However, in the case of any legal request, I, and my representatives, cannot hold confidentiality as we do not have any doctor/client privilege. If information you share with us is sufficiently “illegal” or “dangerous-to-oneself-or-others,” I will consult an attorney to determine whether or not to notify authorities. If information you share with me creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for me, or steps outside of my ethics and my integrity base, I will let you know and may terminate the coaching relationship.

For you and your Platinum Program colleagues, it is essential to maintain an atmosphere of confidentiality and non-disclosure. You must agree not to disclose any information about any participant in any way outside of our group. You must commit to not use private or sensitive trade secrets that a participant shares for your own gain. You may connect directly with an individual to obtain permission in writing to determine the “classification or sensitivity” of their ideas and programs for your own usage with their permission only.

Payment:

Once you are accepted into the Program you agree to pay according to the selected payment schedule.

Commitment and Termination:

The Simple & Elegant Platinum Program is a 9 month program.

Coaching is a powerful process and at times, you may feel “up against the wall.” You might feel as if something isn’t working or isn’t working fast enough. This is often a sign that you are releasing obstacles and limiting beliefs. My request is that any and all concerns regarding assignments and coaching be brought to my attention so I can be the best coach for you and ensure that our relationship is in integrity. We will work together to make sure your needs are met.
