How clear are you on WHO you really are?

I know you really want to begin to build your business and you should!  But instead of jumping in without a plan, I suggest you take some time to think first.

This is the personal piece, the piece that comes from your heart.

Who do you really want to be? I know this may sound silly or fluffy but so often we spend more time being who we think we ‘should’ be. But that’s not who you really want to be.

This may seem like a small bit, but it’s actually pretty darn huge.

When you figure out WHO you want to be it could make all the difference in the world. If you are not the true you, your business will simply not be what you want it to be.

You might want to begin with why you wish to build your business. Is it because your parents had their own business so you should too? Is it because you can make more money because there is no ‘glass ceiling?’ Is it because you want to share you gifts with the world?

If it’s only to make money, you may be in for a real disappointment, because that piece will show up. Not only to your potential clients, but within yourself. You won’t put the time, the energy and your heart and soul into your business, if it’s only for the money. Sadly, this is the place where many women start from. I don’t want you to be one of them.

Keep in mind that you will be writing, speaking, blogging, coaching and teaching. You will be doing all of these or some or other actions to build and sustain your business.

If it’s not something that fits you well, suits you to your core and fills your heart not only will you be miserable, but you will not have a successful business.

So, please think about this and decide how you want to be in this world. Then and only then, build your business around who you truly are.

To your true success,

Kim
