Do you want the secret to success with your coaching business? One easy word. “System.”  I call mine my “Simple & Elegant Signature System”

You may have a system or step-by-step plan for your business already. In fact, you may not even know you have one! Look at how you work with your clients. Do you have a system that you walk your clients through?

One of the things I hear from my clients is but Kim, I can’t create a system for every single client!  Thank goodness that is not the case.  Wouldn’t that be overwhelming if you did?

Every service you provide can be transformed into a simple, elegant and repeatable system that your clients will just love! You set up your system and your clients move through it. Of course if you work with a client individually you can cater it specifically to that woman, but regardless, you move your client step-by-step.

Let me give you some reasons why having a signature system is so vital to your business.

• Clients love systems! You will streamline their life which they will truly appreciate.  They will appreciate the simplicity and ease you can get them moving forward.
• With your system your clients will be able to predict their results which means more success for themselves.  They are clear what the starting point is and the ending point.
• Without a system it may seem your products and services are all over the place. Your system will be a smart design that will demonstrate to them that you are an expert in your field.
• Your clients will have a more clear idea of what you can offer them which means they are more likely to buy from you than someone without a system.

Is this making more sense now? I know my business is much clearer to me now which means it is certainly clearer to my own clients. Once I created my signature system its set. I don’t have to keep coming up with a new one every time I get a new client. I have a different system for several different products and services I offer.

Right now I have a system for helping people discover their niche and I have a system for Branding with Archetypes so people can develop their own particular brand for their business. I also have my signature system for helping women build a solid high 5 & 6 figure coaching business.

Let me offer some more reasons it’s important for you to have a system. Just in case you are not convinced yet!

• Your clients will get better and faster results. Why? Because you are offering them a step-by-step system so they don’t have to spin their wheels and they are not wasting time doing non productive work.
